"We booked this apartment literally the day before arrival, and the hosts could not have been more responsive or accommodating. Communication was fast, friendly and reassuring - exactly what you hope for with a last min booking. The location is fantastic: right in Nice's old town, steps from cafes, shops, and the buzz of the historical streets. The layout of the flat works well for a short stay and the bed was very comfortable which made for great sleep after long days out exploring. The shower was powerful too - a big plus!"

"A few small things to note for future guests (and for the hosts to easily improve) : the sofa is on the small side; the balcony space is tiny and could use a bit of a clean/tidy refresh; and the bathroom sink drained slowly and wasn't as clean as the rest of the apartment. None of these were deal-breakers, but worth mentioning."

"The property had all I needed while staying in Nice for a week. The location is excellent, one street from the promenade and beach, while the town of Old Nice is at the doorstep. Old Nice gets busy at night with plenty of noise. The apartment was an oasis from the noise (with windows closed at night. Water pressure and hot water were great. Plenty of crockery etc so if it’s your thing you can stack the dishwasher without having to run it every day. The manager stayed in discreet contact and checking in and out was a breeze. A very pleasant stay. Would choose to stay again."

"The location is great, 100 meters away is the public beach, its free and also Opera beach for a fee (25 euros day). The rooms are spacious and everything you need is available, kitchen staff, even beach umbrella and beach towels."
